Callum and Jakob from The Coffee Collective will attend on the Saturday Hygge cupping.
There will be four items on the cupping including the Bolivian Takesi geisha, which will be served on Kalita as the Danish guest make it. If you prefer Aeropress, you can learn how it is prepared by the Coffee Collective people.
The coffees on the cupping table:
- Kieni - Kenya: sweet, fruity flavourbomb; cranberry, rubarb vanilla
- Alaka - Ethiopia: grapefruit, orange, bergamot; plesant tea like coffee
- Finca Vista Hermosa - Guatemala : pecan, plum, nugat
- Takesi Gesiha - Bolivia: jasmin, bergamot, cutrus and maracuja, complex aromas
